Returns conditions

Purchase in a physical store

- It has 15 days after receiving the order to return.

- Only items that have not been used or washed, and that still have the original label, are accepted.

- The item must be accompanied by the original invoice or contact associated with the Sacoor profile where the purchase is registered.

Online shop

- It has 15 days after receiving the order to return.

- Orders placed using the Klarna payment method can only be returned in the Online store.

Return at a Sacoor Brothers store

Returns can be made free in a Sacoor Brothers store, with the following exceptions:

  • Sacoor Outlet
  • Sacoor Blue
  • Sacoor Brothers Alameda Shopping
  • Sacoor Brothers Gaia Shopping
  • Sacoor Brothers Alegro Alfragide

In the case of a return in store, it is not necessary to fill out the return form.

In store, you must go to an employee and request the return of the items

Items must be accompanied by the invoice and proof of IBAN.

The return method used for in-store returns is bank transfer, which may take up to 15 working days to complete.

 

 

Online Return

If there is no Sacoor Brothers store near you, you can request the return of the item from the website.

You must fill out the return form (see below how to fill it out) before sending the order.

Sacoor does not offer free collections * , shipping and associated costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

You must ensure that the guide Return is located inside the packaging. This is intended to identify the order, and cannot be used as a transport guide.

*Platinum customers have free collections , you must respond to the return confirmation email indicating the date on which you are available for collection.

How to fill out the return form

1ST STEP: COMPLETE THE ONLINE RETURN FORM

- Access Sacoorbrothers.com and Login.

- Select the “my account” option in the top right corner of the website and click on orders.

- Below you will have the return option.

- Choose the item(s) you want to return and select the reason for the return.

- If you made the purchase as a visitor, you can access the order through the “view order details” button present in the order confirmation email.

2nd STEP: PUT THE ITEM IN THE BOX

- Use the original packaging where you received the order or another cardboard box, as long as it is not damaged.

- Close the box and seal it with tape.

- Ensure that the box does not contain any labels, stickers or other materials from previous shipments.

- On the back of the invoice you can find the address where the items must be returned

- Return shipping is the responsibility of the Customer.

- You must ensure that the Return tab is inside the packaging.

- This guide only serves as a method of identifying the order and cannot be used to return the order.

3rd STEP: REFUND

- After receiving and analyzing the product, we will send you a return notice by email, confirming receipt of the order.

- The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

- For payments with an ATM reference, the refund will be made by bank transfer, being completed within a maximum period of 15 working days after the request.

- Returns made at a Sacoor Brothers store will be made within a maximum period of 15 working days after the request, via bank transfer.

- The amount paid for shipping is non-refundable.
