By accepting this Privacy Policy, you are authorizing Sacoor* and the group companies and affiliates of the company(ies) holding the brand and related exploitation rights of the “Sacoor Brothers” brand (defined here as “Grupo Sacoor” or simply “Sacoor”) to process your personal data contained in your Sacoor club account registration form, of which you confirm that you are the holder, as well as data relating to your commercial and contractual relationship, and respective management , under the terms of this Privacy Policy.
It further declares:
- be aware and fully informed that the processing of your personal data includes all operations carried out on the data transmitted by you, by automated means or not, with the purposes of: improving the functioning and functionalities of the Sacoor website (including in cases where your data will be aggregated and processed in a statistical way, without being identifiable by any third party to whom it is provided); improve and personalize the services provided to you; process transactions related to you; contact you via emails, written messages or by telephone to send you information or updates about your transactions and orders, as well as information about new products or related services; interact with you on social media platforms and/or use and/or reproduce publicly available content of yours where you have referred to, or affixed a “tag/hashtag”, us, our brands or our products or services; and, also, your membership or situation in relation to the Sacoor Club;
- accept and consent to your data being transmitted to entities that Sacoor may use, as subcontractors, for the purpose of carrying out research and analysis on the services it provides, as well as managing competitions, promotions or consumer studies or market, and have been informed that your data will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company outside the Sacoor Group, nor will it be processed for other purposes;
- be aware that your data will be stored as long as you wish to be part of the Sacoor Club and wish to benefit from its advantages;
- accept and consent to the free use and reproduction, by Sacoor, of its publicly available content and/or published on social media platforms in which it has explicitly and specifically referred to, or affixed “hashtag” to Sacoor, our brands, products or services;
- be aware that, in accordance with applicable legislation, you can oppose, limit, correct or request erasure regarding the processing of your data for one or some of the purposes described above, by sending a request to the following email address: customercare @sacoor, as well as having the right to lodge a complaint with the competent authorities;
- provide this consent freely and voluntarily;
- be 16 years of age or older.
