Online Purchase Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer and SACNET, S.A., a company incorporated under Portuguese law, headquartered at Talaíde Park, Estrada Octávio Pato, No. 177, Building A, A3, 2785-783 S. Domingos de Rana, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Cascais under company number 509791484 (hereinafter referred to as “Sacoor”).
These T&C govern the purchase of Sacoor Brothers products (“Customer”) through the website www.sacoorbrothers.com (“Website”), which is operated by Sacoor.
By accepting these T&C, the Customer declares that:

They have read and understood all the conditions set forth herein;

They have the legal capacity to enter into contracts, namely being 18 years of age or older;

They agree to be fully bound by the provisions contained in these T&C.
If the Customer acts on behalf of a legal entity, these T&C shall apply with the necessary adaptations.
1. Order and Payment
Currently, Sacoor only processes online orders destined for the following countries:
Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, and Vatican City.
Available Payment Methods:
The Customer may choose from the following payment methods:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.);

Multibanco Reference (exclusive to Portugal);

MB WAY (exclusive to Portugal);
-
PayPal;
-
Klarna (installment payment, subject to conditions).
If the Customer is a member of Sacoor Club, they may also use accumulated reward points to partially or fully pay for the order, provided the necessary conditions are met.
Payment Confirmation:
By clicking “Authorize Payment,” the Customer confirms their intention to pay the total order amount, including shipping and delivery costs, if applicable.
For Multibanco payments, the Customer must complete the payment within 3 (three) days of placing the order. If payment is not made within this period, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The delivery address will be the one indicated during the ordering process. After payment validation and order processing, the Customer will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the order.
If, for any reason, Sacoor cannot dispatch the order within 5 (five) business days after sending the confirmation, the Customer will be contacted to inform them of the situation and, if applicable, the order may be cancelled with a full refund.
2. Invoice
The Customer may request an invoice with a tax identification number by filling in the corresponding fields during the checkout process.
If tax information is not provided at the time of purchase, Sacoor reserves the right to issue the invoice without a tax identification number, and no subsequent corrections will be possible for legal purposes.
