Refund policy
The Customer has a period of 30 days, counted from the date of delivery of the order, to return the items freely and without the need to provide any justification. If several items were ordered under the same order but delivered on different dates, the 30-day period shall be counted from the delivery date of the last item.
Returns of items purchased on the Website may be made free of charge, provided that the items:

Show no signs of use (inspection of the item is permitted, provided it is carried out with due care and does not result in any depreciation);

Retain the original internal label;

Are returned in their original packaging.
The Customer may return any item within the indicated period and in accordance with the procedures described in the “Returns and Refunds” section, available at:

Sacoor is not obliged to refund any additional delivery costs if the Customer has chosen a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered by Sacoor.
Returned items must be accompanied by the invoice.
In-store returns are processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
In the case of payments made via Multibanco reference, the Customer will be required to provide an IBAN, and the refund will be processed via bank transfer. This process may take between 10 and 15 business days to be completed.
Return Exclusions
Items made according to the Customer’s specifications or personalised items are not eligible for return.
Sacoor does not accept returns of items which, by their nature, cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons.
